The Rules Around Banners On Our Sites.
Banners.
1. The constitution of the World Naked bike rides forbids any paid adds.
1.1. As legitimate World Naked Bike Rides we have to be non-commercial and therefore don't carry any paid advertising.
1.2. Four Seasons will make no charge for your banner being on any of our sites any fees are between you and your designer.
2. Your banners on our sites.
2.1. The banner must be for an individual or an organisation that's non-commercial, non-consumption-oriented.
2.2. All banners on our site must be environmentally ethical or promote body freedom.
2.3. We like a banner in exchange for your banner being on our site to be displayed on your own site or page.
2.4. Our banner can not go on any site or page that promotes the oil industry.
2.5. Our banner can not go on any site or page that promotes the adult entertainment industry (porn).
2.6. Your banner can go on any one of our sites.
2.7. We also allow banners for other legitimate World Naked Bike Rides.
3. Banner design and banner designers.
3.1. We do have designers on hand that can design your banner for you if you don't have a banner of your own.
3.2. The cost of designing your banner is between you and the designer.
3.3. Four Seasons take no responsibility for the cost of the design, it's between you and your designer.
3.4. The average cost of a banner design is about £100 per banner but can be more.
3.5. The designer will invoice you directly for any work that they undertake.
3.6. Any and all fees are between you and the designer.
4. Other designer's fees for your banner going online.
4.1. There may be other fees that are payable to the designer for the cost of promoting your banner online.
4.2. The average cost of promoting your banner online is from about £200 to £400 per banner but can be more.
4.3. Four Seasons take no responsibility for any costs of promoting your banner design online.
4.4. The designer will invoice you directly for any promotion costs.
4.5. Any and all fees are between you and the designer.
5. We monitor sites and pages regularly.
5.1. We monitor sites and pages that have one of our banners regularly to see if they are environmentally ethical and non-profit
5.2. Any banner found not to be for an environmentally ethical and non-profit individual or an organisation will be removed.
6. Lets get started.
6.1. To get started send an email to us at this email address fourseasons@fswnbr.co.uk and we will contact a designer for you.
6.2. The designer will then contact you as soon as possible to discuss your banner needs.
6.3. You will be invoiced as soon as your banner is ready to go online by your banner designer.
6.4. As soon as you pay the invoice your designer will see that your banner goes online as soon as possible.
6.5. Remember any and all fees are between you and the designer Four Seasons take no responsibility for any and all costs.
7. If you have your own banner.
7.1. You can send us your own banner to this email address fourseasons@fswnbr.co.uk if you have one.
7.2. We will look at your banner to see if it meets our rules and guidelines and then it will go online.
8. We openly show our support.
8.1. We openly support other groups that are non-commercial, non-consumption-oriented organisations.
8.2. We also support charities in the UK that handle cycling, body freedom, and environmental issues.
